“From the founding of Pakistan, the Pakistani Church has stood strong with a rich legacy of contributing to national development. We have faithfully served in all sectors of society, including education and healthcare, and have produced several key leaders who have made a lasting impact.
Through our schools, hospitals, and community programs, we have been a beacon of hope, uplifting and empowering communities across the nation. Amidst challenges, we remain the light and salt, unwavering in our mission to fulfill God’s purpose to bless and transform Pakistan!”
Vision for the Kingdom in Pakistan is a Church and Charity based in Karachi, faithfully serving since 2005.
For about two decades, through our various charity programs, VFK Church has reached nearly 2 million people across Pakistan, bringing hope, transformation, and care.
More than 80% of those we serve are non-Christians because we believe in God’s all-encompassing love for everyone. As a church, we are committed to demonstrating this love by supporting people during their most challenging times.
Throughout the history of Pakistan, the Church has played an important role in educating the nation and providing community development services. From establishing some of the country’s most exemplary schools to founding hospitals, the Church has long been at the forefront of serving the vulnerable. At Vision for the Kingdom in Pakistan, we continue this legacy by empowering through sustainable development initiatives that address both physical and spiritual needs.
We also work to teach churches how to live out their faith through acts of compassion. Following the example set by generations of believers, we encourage churches to serve their neighbors, promoting education, skills, emergency relief and spiritual growth among the children, youth and women without discrimination.
By supporting VFK Pakistan, you are helping to pursue this mission. Together, we can empower communities, expand access to education, healthcare, and other needs to reflect the love of God in all we do.
Over the years, VFK Church & Charity has registered with several government departments, establishing us as a reliable and trusted Christian organization. Here are a few examples of the compliances we have obtained:
In Pakistan, non-profit organizations (NPOs) can be registered under the Trust Act of 1882, which has now been revised as the Act of 2020. This legal framework allows individuals or groups to establish a public trust dedicated to charitable, religious, educational, or other social causes.
An MOU between a Non-Profit Organization (NPO) and the Economic Affairs Division (EAD) helps receive foreign aid, grants, or other development assistance.
Obtaining a certificate from the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) enhances credibility, increases access to funding, and offers tax exemptions. It builds trust with donors and partners by demonstrating transparency and good governance. This certification can open doors for partnerships and improve public image.
We believe in the Great Commission commanded to us by Jesus Christ and we are committed to reaching unsaved and unchurched people locally, nationally and worldwide. We will use every available Christ-honoring means to pursue, win and disciple the people in our sphere of influence.
Being enlisted with the Pakistan Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) provides organizations with official recognition and access to disaster relief and recovery resources. It enhances credibility and allows for better coordination with government agencies during emergencies. Additionally, it helps secure funding and support for disaster response initiatives.
Applied for Sindh Charity Commission & received acknowledgment.
The Sindh Charity Commission, established under the Sindh Charities Act, 2019, regulates and oversees charitable organizations, non-profits, and trusts in Sindh. It ensures proper registration, transparent management, and the legitimate use of funds, promoting accountability and compliance with legal standards.
